THE FEAR OF GOVT.

The opposition party of center i e BJP has demanded JPC from govt. but the ruling party is against this opinion. In this time PAC is active. Ruling party is afraid that JPC will disclose him.

1     JPC ( JOINT PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE )
                      -  It can demand any document form government for verification.

                      -  It can also call Prime Minister for justification and query at any suspect.

                      -  Central Govt. must follow the order of JPC. If Govt.  don't follow their order. It is taken

                          as parliamentary and punishable.

                      -  It has member from both ruling party and opposition party.

                      -  The president of this committee is from opposition party.

2    PAC ( PUBLIC ACCOUNT COMMITTEE )
                      - This time the president of this committee is Sri Murli Manohar Joshi is from BJP. But this

                         has very few power and Govt. is not under pressure to follow the order of this committee.

                           SO It is necessary to be JPC to flash out all the short comings which is made over by the

 RULING PARTY. LIKE 2G SPECTRUM.

MEET TO FRND

A day before tomorrow, Nandu had came here . After three months he came here. We had gone to our best teacher SRI PRAMOD RANJAN SINHA. He is the builder of my life. He hold my hand at that time, when it was must for me. In 1998 , i was the poorest student in my batch and last bencher also. That time our class teacher, Sri Mithilesh Sir taken a decision that all the short highted student will sit on the firs bench. So that  I , ADITYA , NANDLAL, RAJIV SINGH AND MANISH was selected for that . And this is the turn in my life. I had came in contact with the best boys of class. and there after the shelter of Pramod Sir . He guided me very smoothly. He gave me nice concept .
 yesterday i and nandu was gone to aditya's  home to meet unty and she says us that aditya is coming today in evening . A day after tomorrow i had gone to met the aditya. I became very happy to see him.

It is true that the Mr Nitish kumar is the great person. He build up the bihar which had backwardness by the earlier chief ministers, in only fiver years.
So i wish to return back of him.
